Alexandria

Located in a historical district of Saint Petersburg near Smolny Cathedral and the Neva River. The site is a long, narrow strip between Novgorodskaya and Krasnyi Teksil Schikov streets. In keeping with the undulating massing of the long horizontal buildings in the city, Alexandria presents itself as an articulation of volumes, fragments of colonnades and smaller pavilions on the park, with a retail galeria that leads to mix-use complex with business centre, office space, health club and spa, children facilities and car park; luxury residential units.
