By virtue of its privileged location near the Trocadéro, 500 meters from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc du Triomphe, this four-star Paris boutique hotel offers its clients many practical advantages. The full-height transparent double glass skin of the main façade constitutes a curtain of greenery, which provides acoustic isolation that guarantees the comfort of the guests.

The building is articulated around a marble patio with a black granite pond from which plants and sculptures in the form of columns emerge. The marble walls surrounding the patio are defined with stainless steel joints and large windows opening internal views of the garden. The balconies, terraces and roof are overflowing with horizontally spreading plants.

The materials used in the minimally-designed interiors are sycamore wood on ceilings and walls, teak in the swimming pool and solarium, and black granite and light-coloured marble for the flooring.

The program includes 83 rooms ranging from 25 to 55 sqm, a restaurant, conference and reading rooms, a health club, sauna and heated swimming pool.
