Corso II Karlin

The Corso II office building represents a continuation of the already completed Corso Karlín, on Křižíkova Street, Prague. It’s a truly unique project in every respect, and its modern architecture is by no means a self-focused or purposeless effort; the whole concept respects the wide-ranging functionality and serviceability required of a building of this type. Corso II is not only a representational facility and the headquarters of a business, offering a perfect setting that’s built to high industry standards. More importantly, it is also an environment in which employees and their guests can feel comfortable, relaxed, and secure.

The 13 000m² office floor plan shelters a communication core with four elevators and two stairways, a variable dimensional arrangement for an open space, showrooms on the street level, a restaurant, and a supervised three-level carpark with a capacity of 140 cars. The glazed façades consist of window areas connected with special peripheral panels coated with Venetian stucco. An internal glazed atrium with greenery provides extra space for the tenants’ social activities.

The building’s convenient location, close to Prague’s historical centre, also guarantees its tenants easy access to public services, civic amenities, traffic connections, and transport routes. Corso II recorded its first success in having been nominated for the Best of Realty Award in the office buildings category.
