The 14.61 Acres site is located in Konnagar, suburb of Kolkata, just opposite the Konnagar Railway Station, and near the iconic River Ganges. The program brings together residential, retail and support infrastructure over 1,600,000 Sq ft of buildup area. The design intent is to create a Smart district with lush gardens for a comfortable sports and pedestrian oriented life-style.
