RBTA’s Principal Ricardo E. Bofill attended the launch of the promotional campaign for YIT Group residential development “Smolny” in Saint Petersburg, a new landmark overlooking the Neva River on the same embankment as the Hermitage Museum.

The event, held in Leningrad Centre, former movie theatre “Leningrad” fully renovated by RBTA’s team, gathered press, buyers, brokers and the public at large.

RBTA’S project for “Smolny” residential complex provides Elite Luxury apartments facing Smolny Cathedral and the river, and Business Class residences enjoying views to the peaceful inner gardens. The project also includes commercial premises with access from the street ground floor.

The site, in the historic heart of the Saint Petersburg, with Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli’s Smolny Cathedral to the north, and the Neva River to the east, offers privileged panoramic views; to the south, a 260 meters  long façade, integrates -through the urban vector of the busy Tulskaya Street – the residential compound within the urban tissue.
